John Walter Urbanski II (Jay)  

John was born on June 14th, 1954.  John's father was John Walter Urbanski and his mother was Lorraine (Urbanski).  He died from cancer, Loopus, Asperation, at the age of 63 on October 13th, 2017.  The funeral took place on October 17th, 2017 and was arranged by Bier Funeral Home.  He was cremated on October 19th, 2017.^1 1
