Isaac, known as Leslie, was born on April 19th, 1929.  Leslie's father was Willie Fred Parker and his mother was Rosie Mae Whithurst (Parker).  His paternal grandparents were Isaac Leslie Parker and Alice O McCalester (Parker); his maternal grandparents were Thomas Samuel Whithurst and Mary Emma Curtis (Whithurst).  He was an only child.  He died from cancer, Carcinona of Stomach, at the age of 32 on April 16th, 1962.  The funeral took place on April 17th, 1962.  He was buried on April 17th, 1962.

‌Leslie and Mary were married in a religious ceremony on July 21st, 1951 by J. Ell Westbrook.  They had a son and a daughter, named Freddie and Evangeline.  There are no more children.
