Samuel Hunter Whithurst 
Samuel was born on September 14th, 1924. Samuel's father was Thomas Samuel Whithurst and his mother was Mary Emma Curtis (Whithurst). His paternal grandparents were John William Whithurst and Barbara Ann Davis (Whithurst). He had a brother and four sisters, named Truman, Rosie, Opal, Emma and Ellen. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 62 on February 2nd, 1987.
